RSF will provide 350 Optima6 audio guides for the Elvis on Tour Exhibition in London which will showcase more than 200 artifacts from the Graceland archives in the UK. The Optima 6 will synchronise with 30 points throughout the exhibit utilising audio, video, interactive terminals in multiple languages. The synchronisation is on-demand meaning visitors dial in the reference number of the exhibit and it synchronises the programming in their chosen language.
The Optima6 has been the leading interactive audioguide solution for over 15 years and is present in hundreds of sites all over the world. It has recently won the Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement through the ‘Meet Vincent Van Gogh’ exhibition – An immersive touring museum exhibit.
Due to phenomenal public demand, Elvis Presley, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, will be returning to The O2 in London with a new exhibition, Elvis on Tour, opening on 3 November 2017. Following the mammoth success of 2014/2015 Elvis at The O2 exhibition, which was visited by over 200,000 people, Elvis on Tour will showcase more than 200 artifacts from the Graceland archives in the UK for the very first time.
Elvis on Tour will chronicle how Elvis impacted popular culture around the world through his music, movies and personal style. Covering the years 1969 – 1977, the exhibition will feature many items that were seen in the 1972 tour documentary, Elvis on Tour.
