Some
History
RSF was founded in 1974 with the production
of revolutionary analogue audio synthesisers. KEYBOARDS,
the professional audio magazine, recently published: "
1978 saw the launch of one of the best monophonic synthesizers
ever manufactured: the KOBOL from RSF".
Famous rock musicians like Peter Gabriel,
Genesis, Jean-Michel Jarre, and the group Yes have all used
the KOBOL, which, at present, is a cherished collectors’
item.
RSF and museums
In the early 90s RSF started developing
specialist audiovisual equipment for use in museums.
At the time, there was no audiovisual
equipment available which was specially designed to meet
the needs of museum users. Drawing on its expert knowledge
in the audiovisual world, and with a view to meeting exhibitors’
demands, RSF set about devising new and exciting solutions
previously considered unattainable, building its entire
reputation on the basis of ‘innovation’.
At present, RSF is recognized as one
of the world’s leading producers of digital audio
players (audio guides) and audiovisual equipment specially
designed for museums and theme parks.
RSF also incorporates the RSF Partner network:
an international network of award winning, highly skilled,
and highly experienced distributors committed to RSF’s
highest quality standards for products and services.
