Return forms


In the unlikely event of a technical problem with one of our products then in the first instance please do  contact us  as issues can often be quickly and easily resolved without needing to return the item. However from time to time it is necessary to send a unit back to us for a more in-depth investigation.

To ensure this process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible please download, fill out, and return the appropriate form from here, if it is from our ProdDAP department, or here if it’s from our Audioguides, along  with your unit. We will treat it as quickly as we can and have you back up and operating in no time!
