The GENERATION 80 EXPERIENCE is a dive headfirst into the “liberated” ambiance of the 1980s.
This exhibition is organized by EUROPA EXPO and takes place in the prestigious setting of the international train station Liège-Guillemins, designed by the renowned architect Santiago Calatrava.
The exhibition opened on the 22nd of September 2018 and will be on display for 8 months.
Throughout this brand-new exhibition, visitors will be able to discover or rediscover the 80’s, a time of unbridled youth which completely changed the world order, revolutionizing the codes of language and decorum in the process. A generation inspired by the freedom that had begun to burgeon back in 1968.
The exhibition is multimedia rich and has over 30 videos and interactive terminals. One of the primary concerns of the client was to provide a guiding solution that gives visitors easy access to the interactive media in three different languages: French, Dutch and English.
650 of RSF’s XPerience units have been put in place and fully answered the challenging requirements of the site because of their ability to respond to the multiple languages concern as well as their two-month battery autonomy, unparalleled reliability, and their extremely low operational costs.
